    Spa Etiquette
We recommend that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your treatment is scheduled to begin.  This will give you time to fill out the Health History Questionnaire, a chance to unwind, to relax, and enjoy a complimentary beverage in our serenity area.  Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes during your spa treatment and full charges will still apply for the service.

At Urban Cottage, we pride ourselves of the environment of serenity and relaxation, so please respect the right to privacy and comfort of the other guests.  To ensure you get the maximum benefit we also would ask you to turn of all pagers, cell phones and any other electronic devices and speak in quiet tones during your time at the Spa.The minimum age of a Spa Guest is 14 years of age. (Infants or children are not allowed at anytime, out of respect for our other Spa Guests.)

    Reservations/Cancellation Policies
Whenever possible, please try to book at least 1 week in advance for services and 2-3 weeks in advance for packages.  This will help to ensure you get the time that works best for you. Walk-ins are, of course, always welcome, based upon availability.

As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, in the event that you must cancel your scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hour notice to avoid a 50% charge or a forfeiture of your gift certificate. Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice or NO SHOWS will be charged in full.

    Spa Attire
You are welcome to come in whatever you are most comfortable in.  Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. Undergarments may be worn if preferred, but please remember to bring extra undergarments if you chose to wear them.  Throughout each treatment you will be professionally and discretely draped with linens.

For spa packages, you can relax in a robe and slippers while enjoying a complimentary beverage and snack while in between treatments.

    Massage Benefits
Many company benefit packages cover massage therapy from a Registered Massage Therapist.  Check your benefit plan to find out if you are eligible for free massages!
